You have an eye for detail! They are indeed 60L bags with a 2 bags per layer pattern. Our APH Series can adapt to different products and patterns, allowing us to meet your palletizing needs!

@@PTsystemsautomation I've been running one of these lines for 6 years now. We stack our 60L bags 3 side by side 10 layers high. It's very unsteady. We stack our 56L bags the way the video shows. We should be doing it with our 60L bags as well.

Great question! We use case stops to hold the cases in position. The slide plate always strip outward and pull the cases to the outside, explaining the gap .

It is, in fact, not an actuator, it's actually a balancer with 2 big springs on each side of the central piston to compensate the forces of the arm thus preventing the motors from being a lot bigger.
